Presenting a great opportunity to have professional
portraits in your cherished holiday cards! For two Saturdays in
October, The Dandelion Patch is hosting Simply Create Photography to
photograph you and yours at our stores.
We will use the
beautiful outdoor setting of Old Town Vienna at our Vienna store.
Up to 4 people may be photographed for these outdoor scenes. At
our Reston location we will create special Glimpse of Santa
portraits, where the focus is on your child, with only a hint of Santa
(the parents dress up in the suit, so there is no anxiety from the
kids.)

These will be
shortened 20 minute sessions designed to give you portraits for your

Confessions of a Customer

Bonnie Gangemi
had been a long time Patch Customer (back to the Mill Street location),
so as she began planning her wedding she thought of The Dandelion
Patch right away. With the help of our wedding experts, Bonnie was able
to find a beautiful letterpress ensemble from Elum. The invitations
were done in brown and cream to compliment the theme and colors of the
wedding.
While finding the perfect invitation for any occasion is always
satisfying, the entire process from start to finish also turned out to
be a great experience. Bonnie noted that she "loved coming in to
the Patch where everyone knew who she was". Whether she was coming
in for a wedding related errand or not, the employees always had an
update on the status of her
orders. The "thought, care and concern" the staff have for
what they do is obvious in the way they treat their customers and know
the product.Now happily married, Bonnie and her husband are expecting
twins and she can't wait to come in and buy them lots of personalized
gifts. Best of luck with your new bundles of joy-we can't wait to meet
the newest Patchettes!
