The holidays are over....now it's time to write those thank you notes! Join us Saturday, January 10th from 11 a.m. to noon at The Dandelion Patch in Reston, Virginia for a Young Writer's Workshop. Children ages 7-10 will learn the proper way to write a thank you note, and will receive personalized notecards and a pencil!

 Every November for the past four years, Lisa Joy of McLean has made a trip into The Dandelion Patch to buy invitations for her annual holiday party. Rather than choose what she considers "boring" invitations, Lisa seeks out styles with a little "something extra" - whether it be glitter, ribbon, die cuts, or a combination of all three!
This season, Lisa picked a delightful invitation by Stevie Streck - one of her favorite stationery designers. Lisa loves having the ability to customize her invitation design with the production team at The Dandelion Patch, using creative typestyle combinations and composing "clever" wording. It looks like her guests have taken notice, calling her invitations "the best they've ever seen"!
Lisa makes a point of visiting the store periodically to check out new merchandise - in her own words, "I always buy more than what I'm expecting to!"
