Confessions of a Customer

The process of ordering wedding invitations can at times be a
daunting task for any bride, let alone doing so from almost 3,000 miles
away.
This was
the task that Mary Jo Gregory was facing with her daughter's
wedding which was held in Seattle, Washington. Mary Jo heard
about The Dandelion Patch from her boss and long time patch
shopper and thought it would be the perfect place to find Megan's
invitations.
Megan and Mary Jo came into The Dandelion Patch while Megan was in town
visiting and knew they had come to the right place.
"The experience was wonderful from the moment we walked
in". Megan had a specific color palette in mind and when
nothing jumped out in the books, Lindsay was able to help her create
custom pocket invitations designed and printed at the store.
With such a
positive response to the way the invitations turned out, Mary Jo knew
she would be able to return without Megan for the remainder of the
wedding stationery and would be in good hands. "We never
felt we went over the top and Lindsay always found something to go with
our color palette". In addition to the custom
invitations, in-store Place Cards, Menus, Table Cards and Programs were
designed to match. "The Dandelion Patch's print manager was
an extension of the arm-calling Megan long distance and committed to
keeping our deadlines". The staff was also able to find
coordinating thank you notes, favor boxes and napkins to compliment the
in-house pieces.
What at the
beginning might have seemed to be a complicated arrangement turned
out to be one of the easiest parts of the wedding
planning. "I would tell everyone in the world to go to The
Dandelion Patch - you need to make decisions where you are
comfortable and this is a comfortable place to be".
