The Enchanted Forest, presented by the Junior League of Northern Virginia
We are pleased to support the Junior League of Northern Virginia (JLNV) in this year's eighth annual The Enchanted Forest, featuring the Children's Science Center, at the Sheraton Reston in Reston, Virginia, November 22-23, 2008.
The Enchanted Forest is a holiday festival featuring a beautiful forest of theme-decorated holiday trees and handmade gingerbread homes as part of a weekend-long silent auction. The weekend-long event also offers an evening gala celebration, an afternoon tea, holiday shopping and fun activities for the entire family - music, children's entertainers, games, crafts, photos with Santa, and professional holiday portraits by Jenny Ruley Photography and Sarah Mattingly Photography.  As Channel Development Director for AT&T Government Solutions, Karen Fitzgibbon leads a busy life. When Karen is in the market for invitations, greeting cards, or decorative items for the home, she knows exactly where to go - The Dandelion Patch.
Karen was introduced to The Dandelion Patch by a friend, and has been a loyal customer ever since, stopping by our Reston location any time she finds herself in the Town Center. On one particular occasion, Karen accompanied a friend to pick out birth announcements, and was impressed by our friendly and knowledgeable staff. They had a number of questions about the wording and layout for the announcement, and our Milestone Specialists were happy to advise them on the perfect design.
On a different visit, Karen admired our creative displays of gift items and imprintable invitations - so much so that she decided to throw a Fourth of July party, just because she'd found the perfect invitation!
